6D vs α7R

ついにフルサイズに手を出そうとしています。
色々あってEOS Mがウチにあるのですが、60Dの半分以下の重さ！298g！レンズ含めたらもう1/3くらいなのではと。
スペックも60Dと同じAPS-Cサイズのセンサだし、もう重い６０Dを使う気にはならず
そして同じ重さのフルサイズ機Canon 6Dもしくは、そして発表された
フルサイズミラーレスSony α７に乗り換えようかと検討中。
各々気になる点を集めてみました。

Finally I'm going to try to buy a Full size SLR camera.
Somehow I have a EOS-M whose weigh is 298g that is less than half weight of 60D! if I include  lenses in the weight which is approximate 1/3 times lighter.
It has a APS-C size sensor same as 60D therefor I don't want to use such a too heavy 60D,
and I'm considering to buy a Camera which has a full size sensor Canon 6D or
Sony α7 was announced lately.
I'm picking up their pros and cons.
